Develop solutions to address brand’s strategic needs, i.e. in-depth understanding of the target prospect, channel allocation, ROI of past efforts, etc.
Support and guide implementation of research into agency planning process to enhance the overall product and ground it in data-driven solutions
Develop agency guidelines for optimal use/application of sources and tools, both traditional and online
Provide input to recommendations on data sources and approaches to be used by clients
Ensure proper utilization and interpretation of media research information across agency
Seek opportunities to enhance the agency’s ability to understand and implement new insights through original research and analytical approaches
Supervise/manage a team of professionals, providing guidance/mentoring to junior personnel
Attend industry research-related conferences and functions
Requirements:
BA/BS or MA/MS (concentration in marketing and/or communications helpful)
3-6 years experience (media/marketing research, communications planning)
Excellent analytical skills – advanced stats a plus
Strong computer skills (MS Office)
Excellent communication skills - writing and presentation skills
