Analytics and Insight – Research                                                                       

Supervisor

Primary responsibility:

 

  • Develop solutions to address brand’s strategic needs, i.e. in-depth understanding of the target prospect, channel allocation, ROI of past efforts, etc.

 

  • Support and guide implementation of research into agency planning process to enhance the overall product and ground it in data-driven solutions

 

  • Develop agency guidelines for optimal use/application of sources and tools, both traditional and online

 

  • Provide input to recommendations on data sources and approaches to be used by clients

 

  • Ensure proper utilization and interpretation of media research information across agency

 

  • Seek opportunities to enhance the agency’s ability to understand and implement new insights through original research and analytical approaches

 

  • Supervise/manage a team of professionals, providing guidance/mentoring to junior personnel
  • Attend industry research-related conferences and functions
 

 

Requirements:

 

  • BA/BS  or MA/MS (concentration in marketing and/or communications helpful)

 

  • 3-6 years experience (media/marketing research, communications planning)
  • Excellent analytical skills – advanced stats a plus
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent communication skills -  writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate information into insights
  • Visionary; Proactive
  • Good listening and follow-up skills
  • Dynamic and flexible
  • Good at multi-tasking
